always good and reliable at BPN

Love this company. Fast shipping, and customer service was great considering I messed up my order. They were pleasant to work with and willing to fix my issues in a timely manner. Love the perks of buying products to get points towards future products! Cannot beat the price point either.

Pros are good prices easy use major supplement co.cons.. Takes about 7 to 10days to recevie order and thats after it shipped

I placed order on October 10th and finally found out that it just got shipped yesterday, Friday October 23rd. 1st time that it has taken so long to get order. May get it by the end of next week:(.

Until recently, I bought all of my protein powder exclusively on BestPriceNutrition. After two bad experiences, a rude customer service rep and an unanswered email I took my business to bodybuilding.com. The first bad experience was an order that I placed which said was "in stock and ships the same day" took me about 3 weeks to get it… I never got any updates I had to call to get information. The second time it did say "delayed shipping" however, I never got any updates and 3 weeks later I called to find out when it might be shipping and the woman said she didn't have any idea that it wouldn't be shipping anytime soon, so I said please cancel my order and she said OK and hung up on me. Wow. I emailed the company about these things and never received a response. I now order my Trutein on bodybuilding.com unfortunately. I wait until I have about a week or two of protein powder left to order more and both times I completely ran out and it was not fun… I loved shopping best price nutrition and I told my friends about it but now it seems that has come to an end.

I left Bestpricenutrition.com for 2-3 years because they were always out of stock on just about every order I placed, so I switched to illpumpyouup.com. And guess what? I had the same issue + bad product always being delivered clumped, sometimes open with broken seals. Once product came cracked and the whole box was filled with protein powder. They took care of me but in a really round about fashion. I would have gave Bestprice 5 stars but on my first order back they called to let me know they were out of ON Natural Casein protein. I laughed out loud! I guess inventory will be an issue no matter where you go! Bestprice is tipping the scale more for me vs. illpumpyouup.

I've had good experience with best priced nutrition. Only one bad experience due to a change in delivery service. That has been since corrected and I've been very happy with the services I've received.

I live in Canada and I received my order as promised. Packaging was very secure and I would recommend Best Price Nutrition to all my Canadian mates for supplements hard to find on this side of the border. Cheers.
