I decided to call the number & the lady I spoke with be the phone was great,very professional. My delivery turned up here in Australia very quickly and I will definitely order more products from them in the future. Highly recommended.

The prices are good, the selection is great but kinda slow to ship

Have been ordering for a while now from Australia and the prices are much cheaper than here in Oz and delivery is usually 2 weeks. Last order the item wasn't in stock but I was told it would be delivered once it arrived in stock and still only took 3 weeks in total. Very happy with the services provided. Good communication.

This was my second experience with Best Price Nutrition. I was impressed with the first experience, but experienced poor communication and slow shipping times. I was sent an email with a UPS link that said my package had shipped and the expected arrival date. When the date came and went, I started checking around. I got no response using the contact link on the website. The order page said the order was shipped and complete and only backtracking through the order process did I find out one of the items was backordered. I would have been much happier on this end if I was able to go to the order status and have it give the actual status. I'll probably order again from this company because the price is substantially lower than I can get anywhere else, but I will be much more careful placing orders in the future. I need protein powder, not excuses.
