Went out of my way to pay extra for the "3-Day" shipping option to expedite my order. Here I am a week later, still no delivery nor word on when to expect it. Though BPN was kind enough to refund me for shipping cost, it is worth noting I have received far more efficient deliveries from other online supplement merchants in comparison.

I put in an order on June first; my money was processed day of. By July second, I hadn't received my order, and the company had not reached out to me. This broke the promise on the company website -shipping within 1-4 business days, with 99.4% fulfillment-, and volated the FTC 30 day mail order rule, hence constituting illegal business practice. I sent an email to customer service and started an email chain, and was either disregarded for days on end, or has customer service try to run me in circles. Eventually, I had to explicitly say that they violated the FTC rule and threaten a bank dispute before anything happened - the customer service rep claimed that I was being refunded. That was a lie. I never received a refund, and only got my money back after filing a dispute. Do not buy from BPN if you are expecting fast shipping or competent customer service.

My experience with Best Price Nutrition has not been pleasant. I had to pay over $10 for 3 day shipping, but the order was never shipped. I ordered Friday 2/27/26 and had to call on 3/2 to ask why my order hasn’t shipped or why I never received an email for the tracking number. Upon me calling them quickly realized something was wrong on their end and only offered me only half off my shipping cost. I’m not satisfied with the outcome. I shouldn’t even have a shipping bill period after their mistake on shipping. They just lost a customer that spends monthly with them. I will deal with get yoked because they are always prompt and on time. Best price nutrition better refund that entire shipping bill if they want to keep me as a customer because I specifically ordered it for three day shipping for a reason my order wasn’t even making any movements until after I had to make a call to them with the order number very dissatisfied and I will not be using them again .

They canceled my order saying that it was a suspicious device I was using and kept the money from the purchase.

Ordered two products, after a week of wating the didn't shipped my order so I contacted them, they said that the products are "on back order" even though at the moment of my purchase there was not a single thing that indicate that as they put this on other supplements. After that they said they could exchange my products for something else and get the order out but after I request the exchange a never heard from them... Don't know if my products will arrive someday or not. Not interested either as I end up purchasing from another store. First time purchasing from them and definitely the last.

My order too has still not been completed, several emails to customer service, calls and text and still no answer , still missing l carnitine
