Well the product I received didn't really do anything . They used to sell real prohormones AND THATS WHAT I WANT , I keep.trying knock offs hoping something will work but just haven't experienced it yet , please reformulate a pro hormone that actually works, I mean , that's all I ask

Conflicting attitudes and objectives in customer service department. Most of the people are fantastic - but in one case - I was sent an email with a discount code and for some reason it failed to store in my email folder. The discount was offered (I did not ask for it and was happy without it) because one of the items was delayed in shipment. When I inquired to customer service - I got a different person than the one who sent it - and he just "blew me off" and did not want to bother resending the email or offering the same discount. For that reason, I now order from other companies - not because of price or any basic performance issue - but simply because it is difficult for me to feel comfortable giving money to a group that includes arrogant and uncaring goof-off types. Sad because they are probably the best company out there and I recommend them - until you get blown off yourself.

I ordered these items from Bestpricenutrition on 19 December ... they finally arrived today. Due to stock issues, I will give them another try as I like the product and the price.

The delivery service could have at least porched my box instead of leaving it out by the road...nothing wrong with the site or product, just the sketchy UPS standard of care.

The product arrived as stated in the description but the product didn’t work as described. I called to inquire about a return policy and I was initially told there are no returns once opened. However, the representative was very understanding and accommodating and she worked with management to get me a full refund once the items were returned. So, I give 3 stars for the customer service, only.

I received my product, very good!

I ordered the Winnie stack and finally received it, but it was wrong. Got two of the same thing, I contacted them and they said they would ship me out the correct bottle but I received the same thing as before. After contacting them again they finally sent the correct one. But I'm worried about ordering again, for getting the wrong order again.

I ordered on June 2 when my order was confirmed. I never heard anything again until I contacted them. They replied the product was out of stock and just restocked and my order would be shipped asap. A week later I checked my order status a it said partially shipped. Within a week I had received the entire shipment in two deliveries. It would have been nice if the company would have communicated with me about my order. I have done business in the past with them and they were extremely efficient. I will continue to do business with them and hope they will simply communicate with their customers.
