Most orders are great , but I have ran into issues here and there. Like holding my whole order up a week or two just because 1 item was back ordered. Then to top it off , sent my order a week or two late with the same item still back ordered.

We do apologize. We are upgrading our system so these types of issues no longer happen. Expect some big changes by August!

After 3 orders I've had no issues except the one tracking number was missing the first number but no big deal as package was delivered to Canada with in a reasonable time. I'm going to order again, they don't gauge you on the shipping costs like other places, I would recommend this site.

I have got this product numerous times and it is always in a clump. I called in to complain and they acted like they could care less. Last order came in had 1 huge clump!

Had to call about order to find out that they were back ordering a product! The tracking on line system is not accurate. And got products late! The customer service department was great and proffesional, products were correct and in excellent condition!

Hi David - We do apologize about the tracking system. We are in the process of upgrading our website, which includes a new tracking system which will be much more accurate and faster shipping. Look for this change to go live by August.
