I paid for 2 day delivery. Supplements arrived 2 business days later, after I had already left for vacation! They made some excuse about me changing the delivery address for why they could not refund me unless they got the pills back. I checked and double checked with UPS, and when I changed the delivery address they swore up and down that they should be there when I asked them to be. I suspect the problem is more with UPS, but it is not right that Best Price Nutrition tried to avoid giving me a refund and made a dumb excuse instead. Also, if UPS is not delivering (no pun intended), maybe they should use a different service!! I will not be using Best Price Nutrition ever again.

Unfortunately I ordered a product that is allowed in my country, but was seized supposedly by customs. The package arrived cut open and resealed with regular clear tape. No paperwork from customs or markings. Spoke with the delivery company and was told it may have been customs, but it was unusual for there to be no paperwork included. Contacted the best nutrition company and was told to read the terms and agreements of international shipping, mind you I have ordered the same product before and had no issues. So in the end I didn't get my product and no refund. Never again will I chose best nutrition.

great products, shipping could be a lil faster

I had two small issues with my order, one was my fault and one was that I was shipped the wrong flavor of a product. I e-mailed the company first, got a quick response with a request for a phone call. I called them, got a very friendly customer service person who was very helpful in getting me two new products at no charge and they shipped the next day. Great customer service!

1st time shopping here, they had the lowest price and the product came fairly fast..I will look here for the next order..

Website didn't show one item on back order. I waited two weeks before calling, no one notified me my items weren't shipping. Had to request the two other items in stock be shipped immediately. It's been three weeks and still haven't gotten my third item and zero communication as to when I will get it. Never ordering from here again.

By far best price nutrition have always had the best products out, there's always knew products being put on the website and it comes with the best price that no one can beat.

I have ordered twice from there and first order was cancelled after 5-7 days by saying that they don't order to India at that point and second order was cancelled after 3-5 days by saying that they don't have that product anymore and then they took awhile to refund back the money to my card. The issue is that in both the cases I have confirmed my order before placing from your customer service. Also they have pathetic customer service first they take too long to reply and then their replies are really rude as if they are doing you huge favor by giving information on your order.
