I placed my order on 6/3, I selected "2day shipping". I received it 6/17!!!! Unacceptable!

We will be looking into why this happened. I do apologize about the delay.

I've tried other companies before and have been disappointed. They're either back-ordered (and never let me know), or had some other kind of delay in shipping, and again, didn't let me know. From now on, I'm only going to do business with Best Price Nutrition. They actually do what they say they're going to do. And that's worth a lot!

I couldn't figure out where to type in my promotional code before I checked out which would've given me a 5% rebate on my PB2 products. I called and the customer service rep helped me out. A credit showed up on my credit card. Thank you so much.

It was a pleasure purchasing from Best Price Nutrition. Their customer service is second to none. I contacted them about an abnormally high shipping rate which they were more than happy to fix. They even included some samples.

Hi Brad - I looked into this. Your order was shipped the very next morning after you placed it. For some reason DHL held onto it for 9 days! We are unsure why. We have had issues like this, which is why we are moving away from DHL over the next month. I will be emailing you directly with a coupon code for this issue.
