I ordered 2 supplements from BPN and after the first pill I took it made me extremely ill for several days. Could not eat, was super anxious and jittery not to mention the extreme nausea it caused. I proceeded to email the customer service to get a refund since I obviously could no longer take the supplement and nobody ever got back to me. Both bottles were open but only one pill was missing from one bottle so I wanted a full refund of my money. I did not want store credit which is what they offered because after my experience I will not be trying any more supplements like that. Still haven't received my refund or a phone call from the company to resolve the issue at this point I am just considering it a loss and def wont recommend this company to anyone.

Hi Carly - Unfortunately our policy is that we cannot to refunds on products after they are opened, but we can do a store credit. We would be happy to help you choose other products that may not be as strong as these two. Also, depending on how you took the product, since you only took one pill of each, you could try taking them on a full stomach, which usually helps with the jitters and other potential side effects. If you can give us a call I am sure we can find something else for you. Hope this helps.

I purchased Allmax Isolate containers on sale - they expire in mid 2017. I ordered many products from Bestpricenutrition before - they have good sales during the major holidays.

Love the products, the price. 1. Couldn't get a response from Live Chat. 2. Can't figure out how to get the code for referral points for referring friends. I have been referring friends with no "points" that they highly promote. 3. Limited Customer Service availability, only M-F and no holidays. Otherwise, packaging is good. Receiving item timely as promised. Nice to have tracking number to check on order.
