The delivery was extremely fast for an international delivery and the product is exactly as described! I do feel they should make the risk of customs charges being applied a little clearer, but if you order regularly from the US and live in an EU country then you will probably be aware of this. Not their fault since it does not happen on every occasion, having ordered from the US previously and not been charged it took me by surprise! I queried them about this via email and they replied promptly with proof in T's & C's and a valid explanation. If they want a 5-star, then they can declare it as a warning at checkout! 99.9% sure I will use them again.

the only issue I have is why is the cheapest shipping 20.00 dollars? where is the standard shipping that is like 3.99 or 4.99? the package weighs close to nothing.

Fantastic value for the products I purchased. Was even reasonable cheap for postage to Australia and turned up within a couple of weeks.

Comprei a Whey no dia 21/02/2017, no mesmo dia já estava acusando a encomenda no site da transportadora e chegou dia 09/03/2017.

Very good experience. Pricing for Ultra Male was great. Easy online ordering process and fast delivery!!

First time I ordered from this company. Pricing was good and the service was excellent.

We love trutein, so I decided to get my husband his favorite flavor in their new "naturals" formula. He hated the taste so called best price and they said we had to pay to return it ourselves & they also would charge $5 reship, & only offer an exchange. So costing a total of $31 to exchange the protein powder! :(

Very satisfied with my purchase.
