Every day received a new excuse that x item was out of stock so were waiting for it to be received. Won't be using or buying from this site again and wouldn't recommend you either as plenty of other similar sites with much better service.

After my purchase I got the email that my product was not in stock and that my money would be returned in 5-7 days. Out of stock should have been on the product at purchase. Really need the product and it was over a week after purchase that I got the email stating that they did not have the product.

Got the buy one get one 50% off Mesomorph and it came with wrist wraps! Delivery took a little long, but overall satisfied customer. Thanks.

I'll give new retailers a try if they make acceptable offers and they earn my repeat business if they honor their offers. In this instance I placed an order on March 3 for the Mesomorph special advertised by BPN and APS and it didn't ship until March 8. This is contrary to the BPN site which offers same day shipping if the order is placed before 2 pm. Moreover, the shipping is an additional fee whereas there are retailers that offer free shipping over $50. As it stands the email requesting this review has arrived before the items.
