Hi, we are sorry that you didn't like the product. That is actually our top selling fat burner...it's been for about 3 years. But we are not the manufacturers of the products and every product works differently for people. We state on our website that we do not refund money for products after they are opened and used. This is common with all supplement companies. We would urge you to write a product review and let others know of your experience with the actual product and why you didn't get any benefits from using it though. You may want to contact the actual manufacturer as well. We hope this helps.

Hi, this was due to a few of the products you ordered stated out of stock. That is why shipping took longer. Otherwise they would have shipped out same day. Hope that better explains it. Thank you, Best Price Nutrition
