Their customer service department is awful
I love my dietician. This review isn’t about her. I have been battling customer service for a month to try and get my insurance referral approved. My primary care office has sent them the referral multiple times and they claim they still don’t have it. They have sent me inaccurate information via email multiple times, had different customer service people tell me different stories, and overall have given me the runaround for weeks on end with no solution in sight. I can’t tell if they’re lying to me, they’re just flat out incompetent, or if they don’t care about their customers at all. I don’t like leaving bad reviews like this, but I have been left with no choice. No one is helping me. They also charged me $75 for an appointment they cancelled. I was able to get it refunded after complaining, but this level of disorganization is unacceptable.
