I love my nutritionist and give five stars for Jennifer Koslo. She is fantastic and highly skilled. Unfortunately the technical team at Berry Street doesn't have the same expertise. They release updates without testing thoroughly. Functionality issues persist. One star for Berry Street.

I found it easy to navigate the Berry Street website to find a dietitian. From there, my experience using Berry Street has been frustrating. The Berry Street support could be more knowledgeable, and the claims department could be clearer with their process. I've found a great dietitian through Berry Street, but I don't plan to continue. I'd prefer to work with someone outside of this app.

I was disappointed. This service felt very cookie cutter. Nothing was personalized for me. Just one example, I explained to my dietitian a number of times that I had food allergies and listed those allergies. I was given snack options that included those allergens. I corrected my dietitian and he told me he was just ‘giving options’. Ok, but those options don’t work for me. It seemed like it was a script he was reading off. I would not recommend this service. Seeing a dietitian locally is just as effective.

I understand the 24 hour cancellation/no show fee as I am also a healthcare provider, however what I don’t like and was told by the support desk was making the appointment with my nutritionist served as confirmation. I never got any confirmation texts/emails confirming one of my appointments, and was told making the appointment with the nutritionist confirmed the appointment.
