This app is a piece of trash, have tried getting logged in for app twice now and nothing. No phone to ask for help, this is not senior friendly to operator. So many questions in order to get started. Also the dietitian never responds to text sent weeks before appt I’m out.

This company just charged my card 75 dollars because THEIR DOCTOR cancelled on me yesterday. Tonight at 7pm I get a message saying I violated their policy and charged my card! I have the message stored with a screenshot showing the doctors face and her apologizing for a scheduling conflict. I try to call and message them but somehow no one is working now? Who charged my card then? Do not give your card info they will find a way to take your money. I can't believe this is happening right now. My insurance is going to charge that card tomorrow and it's going to decline because I saved just enough to pay my bill. Why did they wait until after hours to do this so I can't even get in touch with them.

Love my dietitian and the ease of meeting virtually! We even did a pantry clean out together and came up with recipes for ingredients I didn't know what to do with!

Maegan is an awesome dietician. She really works with you to help you make transformative change. She encourages you to be your best. Her ability to take complex clinical information and translate it into clear actionable steps is what truly sets her apart from others. I never leave a session feeling down or overwhelmed, I always feel equipped with a solid plan. Maegan provides the perfect balance of accountability and support. If you want a dietician who truly partners with you to ensure your success, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Working with Maegan has been amazing! She is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and flexible. She is also responsive and has helped me figure out many work arounds that allow me to stay within my plan even when I am unable to cook due to my busy schedule. She helps me feel like my goals are attainable and meets me where I am at every week. She listens to my concerns and has helped me navigate my cravings in a way that doesn’t feel like I can’t still enjoy food. I would recommend Maegan to anyone who is wanting real guidance, authenticity, and true insight. I love that I was able to find her on Berry Street and definitely look forward to our continued work!

Maegan Ratliff is the absolute best nutritionist! I have been using Berry Street (and with Maegan) for 4 months. The app is regularly receiving new (and great!) updates - including easier-to-find features, a nice dashboard, and meal plans that are easy to locate. I struggled for years trying to "diet" on my own. With the support of Maegan, I've lost weight & kept on track. Setting goals, staying in contact, and having weekly sessions have really helped. Berry Street makes it easy to schedule appointments & log food. The meal plans are great - and include a shopping list (with check boxes for easy shopping). They take the guesswork out of managing weight and make it easy. I've already shouted from the rooftops to all my friends about Berry Street & Maegan Ratliff - I highly recommend using Berry Street. There are plenty of options for nutritionists on the app, too, and if you don't vibe with one, in the app, it's easy to switch to another. You are not alone in getting control of your health back when you use Berry Street.

Maegan is so supportive and helpful! Only after a few sessions with her I’m learning to be aware of my eating habits and be more in tune with my body.

I’m so happy to have found Berrystreet. Making a lifestyle change isn’t always easy but I’m proud of myself for simply starting.
