Berry StreetReviews of berrystreet.co

My 5-star rating is due to the excellent care my nutritionist, Anett Kovacs, has provided since we started our work about six months ago. Anett listens carefully, without judgment, to my concerns. She proposes solutions but is flexible enough to allow my own opinions and together, we strategize and create a plan. Her wealth of knowledge is vast and I am the fortunate recipient of her counsel. If one plan does not work, we regroup and initiate Plan B. This means I do not lose hope. Thank you, Berry Street, for keeping professional, friendly and concerned staff available for your clients.

I have been with Berry Street for a few months and it has been good to me. My nutritionist Talor and Dr. Mohit Chhatpar have been pretty understanding and helpful. The customer service is good. And they pay close attention to how your health is going. I thought this was not a real company, but they are and I'm glad I didn't give up.

Anett Kovacs (RD) has been life changing! She has met me at my level continuously and has given me the tools to improve my eating habits slowly in a significant way.

My experience has been so great, in large part due to the excellent help I’ve received from my dietitian Genevive Damasco throughout my time with Berry Street. The logging of meals, exercises, and weight were easier to do with a camera function that effectively identified what I was eating, as well as searches and favorites that I could choose from. Having all of this reviewed by my dietitian made the logging so much more effective at identifying meaningful changes I could and did make to improve my nutrition.

DO NOT use this company unless you would like to experience anything similar to the following things that I have experienced. Please be aware there is no phone number to contact anyone at this company. Everything is done through email and text. The responses are so similar while also ignoring chunks of what I have said in my email leave me to the assumptions that this is AI. Beware and do business with at your own risk. Harassed 24/7 Wasted time due to the dietitian, not showing up to the appointment. No notice of the appointment being canceled until after 5 PM (Berry Street) when the appointment was at 11:30. Dietician notified of cancelation the NEXT day AFTER the missed appointment I waited for. Your card attempting to be charged, unauthorized, due to said canceled appointment. (which is apparently automatic no matter why the appointment is canceled or rescheduled or whose fault it is.) I have been told I would not be contacted again now 3x. This most recent time was so detailed I really thought this nightmare was over. The following message was sent at 10:05 AM. Hi Bri, Confirming we have unsubscribed you from all messaging from Berry Street. Confirming you will not be held responsible for the provider's mistake. We have waived all fees and you do not owe anything to Berry Street. We wish you all the best, Dakota text. 888.532.2115 fax. 646.390.2220 And then I receive another email at 10:30am Don't forget to get your nutrition therapy visit back on the books. your licensed dietitian is ready to partner with you every step of the way. Have questions? Reply to this email, and our team will be ready to answer! – Berry Street 🍓. I really wish I could post screenshots of all of the harassment that has happened and is continuing to happen, but unfortunately, it will not allow me. And I’m pretty sure one of two things are gonna happen either this review is gonna be responded to by Berry Street or it’s not. Frankly, there is no generic response that is going to “fix” this. Just leave me alone and stop harassing me. I contacted this company to help with my health, not make it worse which is exactly what’s happening with all of the harassment and lies. Editing to add: another lie. Just received another text about rescheduling with a dietician.

I appreciate the knowledge and information Jasmine K shared during my visits, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not the right personality fit for me. During my first visit, the interaction felt somewhat impersonal, and the provider appeared frustrated or tired. I chose to give the experience some grace, assuming it may have simply been an off day. Unfortunately, my second visit left me with a similar impression. There was a lot of information being shared, but the approach felt more like a rapid stream of information than a personalized conversation. I personally would have preferred a warmer, more engaging approach that made me feel heard and supported. She also stated she would send me some information twice and I never received it via email. I’m sure she has a lot of knowledge in her field, but based on my experience, the communication style and overall approach were not the best fit for me. I returned to my previous dietician Irina T and she appears to a more genuine and realistic support. Im grateful for my experience with her.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Anett and my experience with Berry Street! When I started this journey, I truly felt like I was going to be stuck feeling this way for the rest of my life. My GI doctor largely dismissed my concerns and provided little to no education or guidance. Anett completely changed that. She helped me understand what was actually going on with my gut and gave me the education, guidance, and support I needed to finally make progress. She is incredibly knowledgeable, always continuing her education, and is so quick to respond whenever I have questions. I never felt like just another patient. She genuinely cared about me and wanted to see me succeed. Thanks to Anett, I finally feel like I have my healthy gut back but new and improved! More importantly, I feel confident knowing how to take care of my gut moving forward. I am so grateful I found her and would recommend Anett at Berry Street to absolutely everyone!
