We are so happy to help you as best we can to make this right for you. The tracking does say it was delivered on October 11th. Hey Mina, This is super strange. We will get to the bottom of this ASAP. I looked at your tracking and it shows it has not moved. Very frustrating, I am so sorry. I am sure this was an accident or mistake, as sometimes things do happen, I sincerely apologize that you have not received a response. Its hard to believe since we work so hard to get all of your customer service emails taken care of within 48 hours, but I know you wouldn't come here to write a review if this wasn't the case. Hey Lindsay, I am sorry you feel like its impossible to get in touch... we actually usually get through all of our customer service emails within 48 hours. We have been working hard to improve this process last year and are still trying to make it better. Did you send an email that didn't get a response? It could be held up in customs, that happens to Canadian customers sometimes. Also, just wanted to note that you chose the 8-15 business day shipping, and our suits take 7-10 business days for manufacturing time, so you would be looking at 15-25 business days to receive your order. You should have received it no later than July 25th. I did just look up your order and it appears that the tracking number is broken, did you receive the packages? There should have been two. I would love the feedback, to know if we should update the artwork or fix an issue on a certain design. I can confidently say we try our best to create and find the highest quality graphics we possibly can, but maybe something went wrong or something isnt "up to snuff". Hi Benjamin, This seems very odd, the order you referenced says it was ordered on May 22, and the package was shipped on May 26th, and you received via the package via international shipping by June 5th. Hi John! I am so sincerely sorry that you had this experience. If you are looking for a free item compensated for your long wait, I am sure we can work something out. The mentioned issue with the shirts going bally can sometimes happen with all-over sublimated polyester tees. This is why we are excited to be offering 100% cotton apparel now. Hi Zachary, I just wanted to let you know that Anna had no idea that there was going to be a 25% off memorial day sale when she issued you that discount. That was bad luck and bad timing on both of our parts. If I recall correctly, I think we made this up to you and got this handled for you, I am sorry we were out of stock of the item you ordered, but please contact us if you still feel like we have not corrected this issue for you.
