I ordered two heaters for a sprinkler riser room, that said they would ship to me in 4-12 days. After purchase I never received a tracking number so I contacted their sales email address and received an email back pretty quick that said 3-4 weeks. Don’t trust this place.

Great value and customer service. Belle Flame had the best prices on the gas stove and accessories that I was interested in. Lionel was very helpful answering all my questions. Everything was nicely packaged and arrived safely without any damage.

I recently purchased an item from Belle Flame, and unfortunately, my experience with this seller was extremely disappointing. After waiting for 2 and a half months to receive my order, I finally received it without any updates or tracking information until it was already delivered. When I contacted the seller to express my frustration, they simply replied with a screenshot of the package delivered and claimed that they had provided a tracking number. However, I never received any such tracking number or updates on the status of my order, which made the waiting period needlessly stressful and confusing. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with Belle Flame's customer service and communication. It's unacceptable for a seller to leave their customers in the dark and then act as if they had provided adequate information when they clearly hadn't. I would strongly advise against doing business with this seller and urge anyone considering it to look elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy option. For instance, US Fireplace Store. Their sales people were super friendly when I dealt with them in the past. The product we are talking about is a Rasmussen call fire stove and it works great. There is nothing wrong with the product just the supplier.

Hi Charles, This is definitely not the type of experience that we want you to have. However, due to an ongoing supply chain issue. Processing time frame changes from time to time. The US Market is really affected by the pandemic. Our warehouse is currently experiencing delays with the shipment and production from manufacturers. Please do not hesitate to reach us back if you have further questions or concerns. Don't feel hesitate to reach us if you have any questions or issues. Ordered a conversion kit from NG to propane. The kit looks great and seems to be a good quality. I had to wait a bit for delivery but now there are delays everywhere

Just what I needed and with the coupon cost a little less than most places. Ordered 2 in all and the second order had extremely timely shipping. Good customer service via email.
