I received the product that I ordered…
I received the product that I ordered and paid for. Be prepared to wait. There is a good chance it will take time for you to receive your order. For me it took 6-7 weeks. But don't think it's a scam. They do have a high rating so far, too. Just be patient.

Give Belle Flame a chance!
Great customer service via email. I ordered part for my Buck stove on website. The price was much better than other available sites. Shipping and no tax on item which was 0. The $75.00 part was received via FedEx quickly. I will order again because I’m confident that I will receive item. Thank you!😀

I was looking for fire bowls for my pool area. This website had the best options at the lowest prices. Shipping took a while but I did order custom items so that's no surprise. Items were perfect when they were delivered. I would definitely order again - just make sure you give yourself time with the shipping.
