I can't believe I received this request for a rating. Belle Flame totally ripped me off. I ordered two products over a year and a half ago; I finally received one, and the other was never shipped to me despite numerous promises and lies about it being shipped. In the end I cancelled the order but again, desire numerous attempts, I never received a refund. And by the time it was clear I wasn't getting satisfaction, it was too late to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Run, don't just walk away from these guys. The prices ARE too good to be true

Very hard to in contact with customer service - then very hard to get them to respond in a timely manner - then very hard to get return/exchange information - then very hard to actually get something returned and refunded. So overall, the customer service is not great to say the least. Did business with them once, never again. Just takes too long

Terrible customers service, in fact these weasels still owe me a refund from items that arrived damaged and told me the check was in the mail, which was last summer lol

very poor communication, said item was available and gave several dates of when item will be shipped but was never shipped. waited months and never received item had to contact CC company to get a refund.

Never using again, although the price was great and I love my Primo grill I purchased from them, I returned merchandise with their shipping label they issued, and tracked it delivered back to their address and they never would issue the refund claiming they never received it. I was out the money and the returned product.

Ordered (2) flue pipes, (1) arrived with minimal packing. Contacted Customer Service (Lionel) repeatedly in re the second package, was promised repeatedly it would be shipped when backorder came in. Never received. Won't order from Belle Flame again.

This company is a fraud. I ordered from you over a year ago and never received my purchases or a promised refund for products never received. I called over 20 times and was always promised satisfaction but NEVER received my products or my refund of over $650.00. Thieves and liars that is what Belle Flame is.

Great price, took a but of time to get it to me and then when is showed up whoever switched it from natural gas to lp did a poor job. They left off brackets that hold the lines. Fortunately I have the exact same grill so I was able to take the parts you all left off and put on the new grill. Super easy fix just wish you would of done it correctly. What's funny is you left the screws and nuts laying in the box but took the bracket. However, the bracket is the most important part to hold the lines.
