Very hard to in contact with customer service - then very hard to get them to respond in a timely manner - then very hard to get return/exchange information - then very hard to actually get something returned and refunded. So overall, the customer service is not great to say the least. Did business with them once, never again. Just takes too long

Very slow to ship. Wood stove parts arrived and were missing one of four screws. Did not contact seller to replace screw as I had one, but given the price of such parts they need to be complete.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for what seemed like a good price. Since then, I have contacted them 3 times attempting to find out if my order has shipped. No response to any of my inquiries. Not very impressed with their customer service. Will likely purchase the item locally as it has put my project on hold waiting for a simple component. Won't use this supplier again. Very lackluster customer support (non-existent).

I ordered 4 things 2 showed up on time, 1 piece took about a month and a half to recieve (I received it very damaged it was shipped without any packing material) and I didn't receive the last (which was refunded pretty easily). I really struggled with the customer service line, most of the time I would get transfered to a sales rep who most of the time didn't answer or call me back. They were far more responsive by email but I still had a hard time resolving my issues.

Nice product, but awful customer service and misleading promises. I was told the unit I purchased would ship in 3 days and 3 it took 4 weeks to ship out. My calls and emails were ignored, and every time I got through to their operator on the phone, I was told to hold for their sales rep and then justbgot disconnected. Time and time again. Very bad experience.

Even though I repeatedly asked if our first order contained everything we needed for our wood stove. However, we needed an additional part. The replies from the company were very slow and when they finally sent the needed part it was not the best option we could have gotten.

I did not receive a purchase confirmation when I initially purchased online and didn’t even know it went through. You charged my card quickly however never sent me any details on delivery. I had to reach out several times and you finally sent the product 1.5 months later. I thought it was fraud until I actually recieved it.

I have tried to contact customer service I talked to Lionel 11 days ago about an issue I was having with a part on the stove. He told me he'd get back to me I tried to call him on the 10th day & no answer. Customer service could definitely be improved. Other than that the stove is awesome.
