I ordered an Invicta woodstove and was pleased with the professional of Lionel from Belle Flame. Both the stove and stove pipe came quickly and in perfect shape. I am very pleased to have done business with Belle Flame for both price and expertise in handling my order

I placed an order for 4 items on 7/4/23. The funds ($344.96) were removed from my bank account in 7/10/23. I received an email that my order would ship in 4 to 12 days and that was the last contact I received. I used their chat feature on the website multiple times since then to find out about my order. I was told the item (all 4?) were on back order, but expected soon. This went on every few weeks, when I initiated contact with them about my order. Finally in October, I told them to cancel my order and refund my account. Again, I had to contact them again in November (11/16) to ask where my refund was. I received an email (11/18) to state my order was canceled and my refund of $0.00 was being processed.....$0.00? Where is my $344.96? Belle Flame has said the refund was processed and it was my bank that was the issue. Not true. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life

I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. I purchased a brick liner panel for a wood burning fireplace back in November 2023. Received item in early December but it was for an electric fireplace and not compatible with a wood burning fireplace. I initiated a return the day I received it and still don’t have a RA 4 weeks later. All but 1 emails have been ignored. The reply that I received was that we are working on it, please be patient. Terrible customer service. Definitely will not buy from them again. Not long after I initiated the return, I contacted my bank and filled a claim about this unacceptable form of business. Belle Flame won’t even respond to my banks inquiry. Update 1/20/24. Been over 6 weeks and I still don’t have a RA number. I’m being told the it is generated from the manufacture and to please be patient. Still no contact with my bank either.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with your order and return process. We understand how important it is to receive timely and accurate service, and we deeply regret that we fell short in this instance. We are sorry that the shipping return took longer than expected and for any lack of communication on our part. We are pleased to know that you eventually received the correct product, but we understand that this does not fully make up for the initial issues you faced. Please be assured that we are working diligently with our CPR team to ensure that such delays and communication lapses do not occur in the future. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to improving our processes to provide better service to all our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience. Best regards, The Belle Flame Team

Great customer service. I was unsure of what I wanted and they provided me with several options and helped me through the entire process. Shipping takes some time but it was a custom item so that’s to be expected. Overall it was a great experience!

Ordered a part almost 4 weeks ago. Confirmation email required me to download SHOP app to track shipping. App wouldn't track package. Phone to company would not ring at times. Finally reached someone a week ago and was transferred to voicemail, call was not returned. Called today and explained the problem. Was told that I would be called back and was not. Website does not access chat and was of no help. Will have to call PayPal and request a refund.
