Latest: We received the product in a timely manner. We are VERY happy with it so far. It has been installed and works well. As other people have noted, the fan on the heating component is a bit loud, but that is a Dimplex issue, not a Belle Flame issue. We are happy with Belle Flame's service. Update: Belle Flame has issued a refund, and have invited us to re-order to facilitate immediate shipping. Will update this review when we receive the product. We bought an electric fireplace from this company weeks ago. TODAY, they called and claimed they didn't get our money from PayPal. Why did they wait until today to make this claim? So, we contacted PayPal and PayPal confirms this vendor DID get their funds. Very sketchy. We've never had any trouble with PayPal and reputable vendors. This stinks to high heaven. I will post again if this is eventually resolved fairly. We either want our money back or we want our fireplace delivered as promised on time.

Why can I not give Belle Flame TEN stars !!! I was in a tizzy when the installer for my new gas heating stove told me I needed a metal sheet over my rug prior to installation. I placed the order online (for an Ember Defender) late Sunday night - and the Ember Defender was delivered to my home before the end of the week. The manner of delivery showed the great care Belle Flame took to ensure my item was delivered in pristine condition. I immediately called my installer and told him to recommend Belle Flame to any other customer needing accessories/installation parts. I was skeptical ordering from a company I was unfamiliar with ... But how fortunate I came across Belle Flame. Thank You !!! Highly recommend.

Took a long time for the burner for my triangle glass tube heater to arrive and when it did was not the same size as the original. Fortunately I was able to modify the holes to center the burner directly under the glass tube.

The WORST! It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my log set. Every time I call them to get a status update, he comes up with a new lie. Today, I’ve finally had enough of his lies and cancelled my order as well as disputed the charge on my credit card. Stay away from these scammers.

Belle Flame website is user friendly to order a product. The process went smoothly and the arrival of the stove as promised within 5 weeks which did happen. There was no damage when inspected and the delivery carrier service was very accommodating

It took 13 business days to receive the product. I asked for an update 8 business days into my order and it took 2 days to get a response. So it was slightly late and had a late response which created enough stress to give you 3 stars instead of 5.

My fireplace was promised to arrive within 3 and 12 business days. First they claimed to have shipped with DHG and provided me an invalid tracking number. After calling (they failed to respond to chat and emails) they claimed they shipped it with Fed Ex and gave me another invalid tracking number. They finally shipped after I filed a complaint with the BBB and I received my order, 27 business days later. Poor customer service. I would never buy from again.

I rarely write reviews, but this one deserved my time and energy. I love my new fireplace tools! This set is solid and beautiful in person! Excellent quality and the perfect size too. No assembly required. Definitely worth the money! Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend!
