Can someone advise how to get a refund for a cancelled order that you are told is your responsibility to dispute. Ordered in December and money taken from account within 30 minutes. May still no product and dates changed from Jan-Feb-Mar-April, was told money taken for production of our order. Now I am told that they refund but not their fault we do not have the money. No proof of refund, told to dispute with my bank. This is aweful customer service and feels like fraud. We are owed our $1,400.oo back

I would like to give them 6 stars. They have the best price and they kept their words of delivering our fireplace within 1 week of ordering. We ordered a dimplex electric fireplace on their flash sale. There were other companies on the internet showing the product in stock but after ordering they say will take 4-6 weeks for delivery. I called and ask them if the item was in stock and if we can can get it within the following week. The item was delivered and we received everything what was ordered in perfect packaging. My experience with them was best. We won’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you for all your help.

We Purchased a majestic direct vent gas fireplace from them recently. I had lots of questions about this direct vent fireplace. They answered all my questions and also made sure the product is in stock. Arrived in great packaging. The customer service is top notch from this company. We are going to order our venting pipes and other instruments for the fireplace from them. This is as good as you can expect from a company.

Had an issue with a missing part and customer service worked with me to resolve and ship out the part.

We have ordered a roof top term kit from this company. I talked with their sales team to confirm if its in sock and if its possible to ship on the same day. Guess what? I received the tracking aster 2 hours of ordering. Highly recommended them and thank you so much for the quick shipping as we need the item to complete our project.

Although we had a rough start on this order, it was mostly courtesy of manufacturing delays & not within Belle Flame’s control. Lionel was helpful & kept me up to date once we figured out what the problem was. The cabinet & door are beautiful & will work great for our project.

My order was processed very quickly and was delivered on a timely basis but the grill grate I ordered was described on the website as having a porcelain finish and instead was stainless steel.

Product shown and description did not reflect actual product. Customer service is non-existent. No calls returned, ever. No complaints taken. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
