Bella ItaliaReviews of bella-italia.com

I would highly recommend visiting Bella Italia, the customer service was very good, the waiter was attentive, the food was piping hot and delicious, and of course the portion sizes were great. As I went there with my family, we had more than enough to choose from and there is a wide selection of drinks too. The rustic, italian feel and decor of this little resteraunt is like stepping into Italy itself, lovely soft lighting and I found it a calm relaxing evening there. If you sign up to receive their newsletter, they offer plenty of discount codes to use on mains or drinks, we had 40% off our bill which was lovely. I will definitely visit there again

Worst customer service at Bella Italia Bentley Bridge, Wolvehampton. Had an awful experience at Bella Italia today when I wasn't even given a menu for 15 mins until I asked for it (others who came with families were). Upon asking for the menu the waiter was rude suggesting I should have asked for it when I came into the restaurant. Moreover, the waiter didn't even take my order for next 15 mins although once the order was taken food arrived promptly to which I am happy. I hope customer service is not as horrendous elsewhere as was at Bella Italia Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton !. I will not be going there again ever and would advice my friends and family not to either.

Pizza was tasty and the waiter was attentive but the tiramisu was the worst I’ve ever had. Unusual consistency. The whole menu was overpriced.

We visited Bella Italia 9th March as a party of 18 . Service was nice, food was lovely only downside is it is quiet expensive (you do get big portions though so definitley get your money's worth) Service was amazing seeing as she had a party of 18 too keep check on. Always enjoy Bella as a treat if we have extra money left over.

Went for first time yesterday. New Brighton. Very disappointed average food and very overpriced. Like going into a McDonald's fast food. Will never go again. They give 40% vouchers off main meal everyone thinks this is cheap but the meals are over priced by this % anyway. No I'm afraid the food is tasteless and have minimal topping. Much better places for your hard earned cash!

After visiting a few times in the last 3 months, we think you should align expectations before going there. It is cheap but, the food has no flavour and Pizza toppings are minimal. Service was OK

Went to Watford Bella Italia for lunch today and have to say that it was very good indeed. We were served very well by our friendly and efficient waitress. Drinks arrived quickly and food order taken. I had the Pollo Milanese from the Italian Classics section of the menu. Piping hot and delicious. My partner had Burger Americano with fries, which was also very tasty. Price was good too, especially as I had a money off voucher - result!

Please don't waste your time! Everything is a frozen ready meal that is priced at £10 onwards. Nothing is fresh. It isn't just Bella Italia that does this, all chain restaurants do, and people are still dumb enough to eat at these places at ridiculous prices! Unfortunately, I had no choice it being my mums choice for Mother's Day. It was the Colliers Wood branch. I can't speak badly of the staff, although our waitress couldn't really understand English all too well and got our order wrong a couple of times as a result. Which then lead to the bill being wrong. Also, they had "a bit of a KFC" and told us they had no chicken and no had lasagne left (another indication that these are frozen meals). Very, very poor. We were also asked if we would like Desert menus, to which we said yes. After 15 minutes we still didn't have any so we requested the bill (another 15 minute wait for an incorrect bill). I couldn't leave fast enough and will not be returning. Wish I had gone to Nandos next door (also microwaved and pre-cooked but you know what you're getting and it tastes great).
