Excellent service, delicious food, and the two servers (waitress’s) had exceptional interpersonal skills. Their names are, Kasia and Carrie who served us on 18th September around lunchtime. Thanks to the chefs too! 🥰

Took ages to get our food Almost 25mins from ordering Healthy salad i ordered was ruined by swimming in oil dressing which tasted of non descriptive oil Fir the high price not a good experience

Had there signature lasagne for £19.99 Ao I expected something special as I am a connisere of Lasagne this was the worst one ever It came out burnt and crispy and a very small portion It was compressed into the dish just covering the bottom for £20 it was poor, Tesco value for 3 quid are nicer and more quantity. As a Rossett Chef myself I would never serve this even to staff. The Donkeys in The Kitchen have no passion.

Cribbs Causeway Booked ahead. Took over half an hour for our order to be taken, I cluding our drinks order. Ordered our drinks with our food. Saw our drinks on the bar but they sat there for 20 mins. Our food arrived and we still hadn't had our drinks so I asked if I could go and get them. Food was bland and given that the Gamberoni is absolutely packed with far too many chillis, it was still tasteless. My daughter had the Cannelloni which was reheated and hard. We had no cutlery and had to wait a while for some to be brought. Staff look harassed and disengaged. Awful experience. Food awful. Service even worse. If I could rate zero I would. Cost over £100 for 4 mains and a drink each and wasn't worth £10.

Best food (also Italian food) I’ve ever ate in London. The workers are really friendly and the overall experience is great and has a good vibe.

where do i begin. horrible experience waiter was aggressive and unruly and in our face when our pasta dish was uncooked, we just asked for a cheese pizza instead.Completely ignored us till someone else decided to help us. Would never recommend going here! Crazy

Visited Edinburgh Hanover Restaurant twice last weekend. Was especially impressed by the friendly service and the helpful attitude of the staff, especially Fin (Finlay?). He went out of his way to make sure everything weas just right for us. Food was good too.
