Good Good. Very good!

Bella Italia Dudley - took my wife there for her birthday. Sat down at 19:45 hrs, took our order at 20:00 hrs. Drinks arrived 20:20 hrs (35 minutes after sitting down) - Starters - average. Main courses - Calabrese pasta - just about warm enough, wife had salad with side order of chips, Spring onions were missing from the salad and we were not advised on missing ingredients. Ordered desserts and coffee. Coffees came out 20 minutes before the sweet and so were cold by the time we ate our desserts. Total bill £65. Bella Italia - Italian style food for the non-discerning customer. We won't be coming back. Overall - the devil is in the detail and you don't pay any attention to it.

My wife and I visited Bella Italia in Watford on the back of a bad experience in another restaurant for which we were compensated and the whole experience was a joy, totally different from our previous visit. The service was well above average, staff extremely polite and bent over backwards to help with every detail and the food was the best we have ever had in a Bella restaurant having been to a number all over the country so hats off to you guys you have redeemed yourselves in our eyes and looking forward to our next visit shortly.

Real shame we have been there at least ten times in the last month. And due to weather they were strected But can't forgive undercooked chicken. Didn't even take it off bill. David upton

Ok food and service, not again though.

Burton Bella, Brilliant service! We have been to this particular establishment and we are always greeted by a very happy, smiley attentive chap, who seats us quickly. The waitresses are happy to offer advice, and recommendations. The food is well priced, and a nice environment. The last time we went in, we had not booked, it looked busy so we decided to try and go somewhere else (our own fault for not being more organised) The chap that usually seats us came after us, and said " I do have a table for you if you want" - Not many restaurant managers/hosts will pop after you and let you know this, Brilliant service - would recommend.

The food was average - however, claiming to be an Italian restaurant the lack of authentic food was greatly disappointing. The staff and service was poor - it took nearly 2 hours to serve a table of 4 their mains. It isn't somewhere I would recommend returning to for Dinner of a weekend but the breakfast of a weekend was quite pleasant.

Pretty overrated really. Ok will go with the coffee first. An Italian establishment should produce decent Coffee. The Latte was awful, too hot, tasted like chemicals and hot water. Espresso had too much water in it, not strong enough either. The kids spaghetti didnt come as spaghetti, it was shaped pasta, smelled wierd, looked microwaved, badly presented, like mush in a plate, kid wouldnt eat it. Gluten free pasta totally overcooked and not in its intended form, the "beef" was half warm half cold mush, again shockingly presented. Couldnt help but tell the poor waiter that it was terrible food no discount or apology, just said he would pass it on. Wont go back, terrible first experience there.
