Mixed bag in terms of service. The manager at the front I suspect was busy but seemed to be very good at ignoring people. Told to order in the app, but wouldn’t work. Then served by a friendly member of staff. Clearly team are struggling and could perhaps do with some more help.

They are short staffed at Bella italia. Staff are smashing it so good things not available but doing so well really management need to get act together and support staff

We were a party of 5. We have been many times before and enjoyed the visit every time. The service is always good. We had bottomless brunch. Best one in Sheffield. We had a really nice 2 course meal. My spaghetti bolognese was lovely and cookie dough ace as a pudding. The service was lovely. A really enjoyable afternoon with plenty of Proseco

Sheffield St Pauls, no ambience, poor quality food. If you love your food don’t go here. Waiter service very good though. That’s why I gave it two stars. Otherwise would be one star.

Portsmouth Gunwharf quays. Food awful, service not interested. Basic Italian food butchered for high prices. Avoid. I wish I’d taken a photo of the bruschetta - tomatoes literally thrown onto soggy bread. My salmone was dreadful, salmon sitting in bean soup in reality. The waiter asked if my daughter would like to have the food she hadn’t eaten boxed up to take home - no, she hadn’t eaten it as it was vile. I’ll not ever be going back.

Today we visited the Dudley restaurant. The food was awesome. They have some great new items on there menu. The restaurant was welcoming and very clean. They have this really cool robot that delivers your food to the table. I’d recommend a visit just to see that to be honest. Kids will be amazed. The service was good too, but Beyoncé went above and beyond. She checked to see if we were happy with our food, when we got our starters and mains. I had mentioned when ordering I would like literally 3 plain pieces of pasta so I could give it to my daughter who is weaning and it had been forgotten when our food arrived. She was quick to notice that it was missing from the table and went to the kitchen and made sure my daughter could have something to snack on whilst we ate. For me that was everything. Even thought my daughter is a baby she still made sure she was apart of our dining experience. Beyoncé is a very well mannered and polite young girl. You need more staff like her. We will be back no doubt!

If I could leave no stars I would Waited ages to be seated then again for drinks when we finally placed a food order the pasta dish had all water at the bottom which we couldn’t eat and sent back as a diabetic I had to eat some garlic bread so my sugars didn’t drop and we decided to go else where. We were then charged for drinks we didn’t drink and deserts we didn’t even get what a total joke! Won’t be coming back to riverside in norwich
