If I could give zero I would. Customer service is terrible. Toilets were filthy. Food very low quality. Menu not accurate. Petty argument about use of vouchers. Will not be going again. Use local business not the national food factories. Head office not responded to complaints, obviously not bothered.

This is unbelievable. Poor customer service and the food took 1 and a half hours and an hour for starters. Everyone was starving and by the came out it was cold. Big disappointment

We visited Bella Italia Bluewater. Really enjoyable experience. We were served by Adel. Very good knowledge and recommendations for wine and mains. We definitely be back

At coventry belgrade plaza the food was hot and ok...my main concern was the manageress who was ignorant to the extreme...not capable of running front of house bordering on rude/ obnoxious...really should have more training and not allowed back until good manners are in order...she really did not want to be there.

Bella Italia Manchester Sanford Quays service, staff, speed and general experience was shocking on Saturday 17th December. The restaurant was quiet but the service was very slow, so much so it took over 1.5 hours to get our main, which made us late for a show and had to take our deserts in boxes as take away. Ice-cream as take away doesn't work by the way. Also the attitude of the staff was shocking. Directly rude, not helpful etc. 100% would never go again. Stay away!!

Ordered spaghetti bolognaise, received pasta covered in what can only be described as a jar of passata, no mince in sight! Hubby had carbonara, just tasted of salt. Gutted for the price we paid. Were sat near the till and the amount of dust and cobwebs were very off putting too!

Food is bland and service crap - won't return again.
