Visited the Leicester Square branch with my kids and having just left, realised that my daughter had forgotten her water bottle at the restaurant. We were unable to return as we were already at the theatre but I tried repeatedly to phone the restaurant. Was passed from one annoying recorded message ( designed to make you think that you’re speaking to a human), to an answering machine telling you to try again later. Over the course of the coming week I tried to call dozens of times (no exaggeration), in the hope that I would be lucky and actually speak to a human being. However, no such luck. Eventually, I managed to visit the restaurant in person, by which time the staff denied all knowledge and dismissively told me it must have been “stolen”. I wonder what is the point of having a telephone number at all. The whole system appears to be designed simply to frustrate anyone trying to call them, by firstly making the first answering machine to appear human, so you end up going round in circles a few times before discovering that the person at the other end keeps on misunderstanding your question because it’s actually a machine, and then when you ask to speak to a human, you just get another machine which doesn’t allow you to leave messages but just asks you to keep on trying to call back in the vain unrealistic hope that you can ever speak to a person. You cannot have designed it to frustrate customers more if this were the intended purpose!

Frigo e letti anni 80, muffa in bagno.

Visited Cambridge Leisure Park branch, three adults three children. Food was good and staff friendly and welcoming. However the toilets were disgusting! Apart from the fact they are in dire need of renovation the smell was awful, both the gents and the ladies. Sadly, this has put us off returning, which is a shame as ideally located. We reported this to staff who said it was a common complaint which had been escalated but no action taken. This is the only reason for the rating not being higher.

Myself and my partner decided to come here for lunch in Edinburgh, as it stated some foods can be made vegan. We asked for certain dishes to be made vegan, when the food came out the pasta wasn't very hot and noticed that the portion size was half the size of the normal sized ( non vegan) dish. I sat back and watched everyone else's orders come and the portion was much larger. Very disappointed by this as it isn't exactly a very cheap place to eat for what we got. Really wouldn't recommend any vegans going here in the future.

We were here in June 2022. Extremely crowded. Bad camping. Expensive, you have to pay for a lot of extra’s . If you want to go back to the Stone Age, go here! Badly maintained mobile homes. Very bad customer service and bad communication. Our daughter cut her hand at the slide (5 stitches) . They told it was her own fault (somewhere it is written to not hold the side of the slides) and no compensation from their insurance. Bad management, who takes no responsibility. Only nice things are the location, the views from the lakeside and the prices are fair. We recommend to stay away from here.

The only reason there’s one star on here is because you can’t do none. I wish I’d checked these reviews before this ordeal. Ordered some pizzas from a nearby campsite, collected and then driver had a drink upon return (we’re away on a family break camping…) Scotland has zero tolerance to alcohol. Opened the pizzas and after my husband was extremely specific about what pizza we wanted they sent a garlic bread, entirely incorrect. Called up and the customer service was absolutely disgusting, they point blank refused to deliver a new pizza to the campsite, leaving my 9 year old daughter with nothing to eat and us with no way of getting to the shop. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund! I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering! An absolute and utter disgrace! Hang your heads in shame

Decided to treat my family to Bella. I ordered for collection as it doesn't deliver. 1 lasagne which was burnt at the bottom, 3 spicey sausage which for the person eating them were not as spicy as normal and I ordered 1 carabona as I had never tried it. I believe a good one is made with ribbon pasta, this was tubes so I was disappointed. Although it tasted OK. For the 5 dishes it cost me £52.50...£10.50 per head. Won't be buying again because I could have made all these dishes under £10. I know there is a crisis on and there are overheads to consider but it's unacceptable really especially seeing other takeaways in the area are round 6-7pound on average per person and yes I didn't have to buy but gave you the benefit. Lesson learnt. Ipswich Suffolk.
