Seamless shopping experience! The quality of service and the quality of the glasses could not have been better. The style, the fit, the options, and the speed of delivery were exceptional. I will be back here for my next glasses!

Was always unsure about ordering my glasses online, but I have to say, they really thought about the whole fitting experience. From streamlining the insurance features to the tools that are used to take the actual photos and the ability to view your selfie with different glasses. Everything was done with no hassle. Through out The Whole process I was receiving email notification informing me when the grasses were being made to when they were being shipped. The quality of the grasses were exceptional. This included the case which was way more sturdier than any I had ever received and the instructions on how to care for your new glasses.

Website is relatively easy to use and navigate when ordering prescription glasses. I think the prescription submission process could be integrated instead of just being an extra email to send after submitting your order, however. I decided on some different frames after placing an order and they made the cancelation process super simple and it was easy and painless overall!

I very rarely leave reviews but I thought I had to for these glasses I purchased. They are hands down the best pair I have ever had in 20 years of wearing glasses. Super comfortable and Lightweight, perfect fit. I will never purchase from a chain or box store ever again…

Befitting's customer service is exceptional! Jill is amazing, I can't believe she took extra care of me and made sure I got the right glasses!.. As for the glasses, I am thrilled! I almost paid $500 for a very similar pair at a major eyecare company, so glad I found Befitting!

My glasses came in right on time and I ABSOLUTELY love them !! When I originally placed the order, I had to contact customer service to make sure they received my prescription via email they were extremely friendly as well. Their website is very user-friendly and allows you to see your options so you can choose the best pair of frames for you! I would recommend befitting to anyone who is looking for the perfect fit and look for every day eye wear!
