This is my 4th pair of glasses. I love the fit and the quality.

Recently bought my second pair of glasses from Befitting and it was a mixed bag of results. Even though I used their online tool for measuring my PD, they said they didn't have the measurement which delayed my order. After contacting customer service, they were able to refer to my previous order to get the measurement. At that time, they put a rush on my order and I received the prescription glasses within about three days. So I found the customer service very satisfactory. However, I wasn't entirely pleased with the glasses themselves. I ordered a pair of designer frames and, when they arrived, they looked as if they were made for a child. I went back to the website and, indeed, the frames were obscurely labeled as XS. I hadn't noticed that. I had used the virtual try-on feature, which I really like, but wasn't able to pick up on the fact that the frames are so small. In all honesty, I feel like the frames would fit a child better, though they were in the women's category. I did not try to return them but did let Befitting know I would have benefitted from reviews of the frames from others. I myself wanted to leave a review warning other buyers of the tiny frames, but there is no option on the website to review frames. So, like I said, a mixed bag.

Poor communication. Email on March 6 said shipped but tracking never updated. A week later I emailed asking for an update. I heard back 5 days after that (so 12 days from shipped email) letting me know my order was delivered that day. Which I knew because at that point I had them in hand. Still giving a 4 star review because glasses were nice. Came with a nice hard case and cleaning cloth. Easy to use my insurance. I just didn't like all the unknowns.

Loved the glasses! I really loved the color and the style! The glasses shipped quickly.

The selection and pricing worked seamlessly with my vision benefits. A really great option to consider when getting some new prescription glasses or sunglasses. I’ll definitely be back.

I appreciated the ease of communication and variety of selections Befitting has to offer. The price point is spot on and I would use their services again.

Easy ordering. Easy link for my insurance coverage. Timely shipping. Overall, I received what I ordered. Only drawback was that my previous supplier offered an option with single vision lenses as "for distance or reading" under the single vision category. So I'll still need "reading" glasses

EDIT: I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE COMPANY AND THEY RECTIFIED THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. I WISH I DID NOT HAVE TO SPEND HOURS DEALING WITH THE HASSEL OF THE BILLING, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS GREAT. This company charged my insurance for 2 pairs of lenses instead of the 1 pair of lenses I ordered. They are telling my insurance company that this is just how their system works and now I'm unable to order a 2nd pair of lenses that I am entitled to with my insurance. So be aware of this when ordering from here.
