First time ordering glasses online. Process was easy and my insurance was found and honored. They charge you what they charge you and don’t come back should your insurance have any issues. Really impressed! The only thing I think that could be better is what to do if you need minor adjustments to your lenses to make sure they sit right.

No response I ordered and received glasses from them. They were not made correctly. I sent them the new information they wanted and never heard from them again. Until, I started receiving advertising from them wanting me to use there services again.

When I had an issue with my order from Befitting and contacted them for assistance, I was blown away with the exceptional customer service to make things right. All the staff I communicated with immediately took action and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. I have never had an experience with any company where the staff showed such passion and thoughtfulness to remedy a situation. The issue was resolved incredibly quickly and now I'm completely happy with the outcome and am so impressed by how I was treated and effectively communicated with. This is a very classy and professional operation and I strongly recommend you consider them for your next pair of eyewear. I had never bought prescription glasses online before, but I'm glad I found Befitting because I will certainly be an annual customer from here on out! Also, one last thing I want to mention, I appreciated how nicely designed their website is and how simple it is to navigate. Anyone can shop the multitude of websites for frames and lenses to suit their style but they’d be hard-pressed to find such a dedicated team as those at BEFITTING ! Jillian was an absolute dream to work with, communicated in a very timely manner, assisted with frame sizing according to progressive prescription and pupillary distance, provided suggestions, clearly has a great sense of humor and demonstrated great patience (I’m not an easy customer to eye-ware 😞) Received glasses within a week (7+ days earlier than expected). I’ll forever be, a customer of Befitting!

Befitting customer service is just wonderful. First, Cody helped me to choose a frame. She took pictures of the frame during the chat (!) to help me understand how it looks like. I ordered the glasses with single vision prescription, and immediately realized that it was a mistake and I actually need the progressive. Befitting helped me with the return, they made a new pair - progressive - with different frame (I needed a different size), and on the top they made it super fast and shipped it by air as a complimentary service. AMAZING! Amazing customer service!

After my eye doctor made me a very expensive pair of progressive bifocals that the lenses kept coming out of, I decided to replace them with a single vision prescription and ordering online, which I'd never done, but since Befitting accepts my insurance, and has a return policy I figured it was worth a shot. I have a small face for an adult and was able to find a pair of petite glasses in the "archive sale." The glasses were quick to arrive and appear to be well made -- I ended up I liking them so much that I've made what were going my be back up pair of glasses into my primary pair.
