They had a nice selection of frames at good prices. I was able to "try them on" for selection. They accepted my insurance for progressive sunglasses. Shipping was quick. The problem was the prescription was not correct 2 times! I had them checked at my optician. Customer service was very helpful. The company reground them a third time and shipped them to me on my vacation.

Great customer service and fast delivery. Workmanship needs improvement. Ordered Oakley prescript glasses and inside frame was scratched. I assume when they installed the lens. Should be more careful on a $300 frame.

Ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses. Processing and production time took 3 weeks. Overall happy with the purchase but be prepared to wait. Had to order a temporary pair from another company while I waited which came within 3 days total.

Got my glasses and they were very loose. Had to take them to Walmart to get them adjusted. These were Betsy Johnson frames. The sparkly part is just a sticker and everytime I clean them it wants to come off. Ordering online was easy and the lens are great!

I have never heard of this company until I saw it as an online provider through my Vision benefits. I was pleasantly surprised how quick my prescription was verified and I received my order. I emailed befitting with a couple of suggestions to change in their ordering process to streamline it for the consumer. I followed the steps they stated and created my order. However after completing some steps and moving on to the next step it seemed out of order. If these steps of the process would have been completed first I would have given this a 5 star review. After I asked my question(s) using the “help” option I was told that they could not help me.

This company has taken way too long to send one pair of glasses. And when I call or email customer service all I get is excuses and platitudes, no action. Stay away from this company. Updated 3/23/24: A manager reached out and was sincerely concerned. We talked and they assured me that my order mishap was an outlier due to process changes on the backend and poor communication on the frontend. They offered to refund my out of pocket expenses, which was fair. So, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Unfortunately when I received the glasses they were too small so I had to return them. The return process was seamless.

The communication was good on my order but the frames arrived w the wrong ear tips that didn’t match the image I ordered. Befitting provided a small credit which was helpful but I just hope the images match the product delivery.

My prescription sunglasses didn't arrive for three weeks. When they arrived one lens was incorrect. I did not receive a helpful response visa their email option. I called and the return was processed. I was told the prescription was entered incorrectly. I am still waiting to receive my glasses
