Deceptive ad if you use insurance for on sale items

I used my insurance, and entered my Rx info...and I had my glasses by the end of the week. VERY high quality house lenses... finish seems very well done and no acuity changes. They REALLY apply insurance with their great prices. I spent so little with my insurance I was able to add extra coating for protection along with the anti-reflective green lens color for my Ray-Ban Clubmasters. If you've got regular FEDVIP Blue (The lower tier of the eyecare plan for FEDVIP Vision) ...they really, REALLY have such great prices, you'd be shocked. I think I've found my NEW eyeglasses supplier. (They do RX sun too!!!)

Befitting has an amazing customer support team. Both Becky and Cody were immensely helpful throughout the process, I wish all customer relations professionals were like them. They truly care about their customers. I received a pair of glasses which was a little crooked, and they both, on separate occasions, helped make it right. They are also very informative and courteous. Give them both a raise!

This was a warranty claim on my sunglasses, and Befitting staff were on it!!! I sent in my information and pics for the claim, they checked everything and was approved for my manufacturer warranty and my new Rx sunglasses were approved to be replaced and shipped free. My order was processed and shipped in great time. I loved my first pair, and so happy the warranty covered my new pair, loving my replacement pair. Thanks for everything!!!

There customer service is awesome. I picked a pair of glasses on line and placed an order. I received an email the next day about the glasses that I picked. Based on my PD measurement they said that the glasses that I had picked may be too large, and that I would want to stay within in a certain size range. they gave a few examples based on my first choice. It just is nice to know that the order is being reviewed and they give feedback and want you to be completely satisfied. I had send a few emails back and forth to the customer service. The say it is going to take about 3 business days to reply. I don't think i waited any longer thatn the next day. Another point is they say it will take about 2 weeks to get your glasses. I think I received my in about a week. Definitely a great experience all around. i recommend Befitting to everyone I can when talking about ordering glasses.
