My new glasses have an awesome frame and my Rx is perfect. The website is easy to navigate and the layout of products is great. The time from ordering to shipping was not long and you can check the progress status through your account. I am so pleased with Befitting. I highly recommend this company for quality frames and for their amazing customer service.

What made my experience great was the great customer service, the two way constant communication and the amount of effective information regarding not only my order but doubts that I had. Having feedback and communication from the different departments dealing with my order was extremely satisfying but also very surprised at this. Something you do not see happening at all in today's online services!!!@

Befitting has really great customer service. Jillian especially took exceptional care of my situation after I returned a pair that did not work out for me and a new pair were ordered and the order was held up due to unforeseen circumstances. I was updated, reimbursed, and most importantly apologized to for the inconvenience it caused me. Really appreciate it!

Website was user friendly and efficient. My glasses are just as ordered, comfortable, fit well and are crystal clear. I bought progressive bi focals. Amazing!

I received my purchase today & I am extremely pleased with my overall experience with Befitting Eyewear. I ordered the Armani Exchange Model: AX1018 & I truly love the eyewear. They fit perfectly & the clarity of the lenses are phenomenal. Not to mention for quality designer frames, they were very affordable & the whole process from ordering, production, & shipping only took approximately 2 weeks. I truly love this company & will be recommending them to anyone seeking quality & affordable eyewear. I truly appreciate how attentive they were in maintaining frequent communication. Honestly this website is garbage. And their customer service is terrible. There's no option to favorite glasses so you can see the styles you like best all in one place to choose from once you're done looking at everything. The "try on" option only works with a small amount of frames available on the website. And the "virtual stylist" doesn't work at all. I tried to reach out to customer service just to get help and make sure I'm not doing something wrong. But I keep being told to contact them during normal business hours which are between 8am-7pm EST Monday-Friday…It’s currently 11:52am EST on a Wednesday…I live on the east coast so I’m not messing up time zones either. It’s all just ridiculous. I would literally rather pay full price on a site like glassesusa that’s extremely easy and convenient to use and has good customer service, than use my insurance for a free pair of glasses and have to continue to battle against this websites terrible design and nonexistent customer service.

I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses for me. I got the color I wanted with all of the upgrades at a wonderful price. I completed everything online, and it was fast and easy. I was able to use my insurance for my purchase, which was another reason for using their service. Other websites I tried to use were not very user friendly.
