CARRERA 8852 - I would not recommend these glasses to a friend. They look very nice. The fit; however, failed within 6 months of purchase. Every time I look down, the glasses fall off my face. The spring hinge design does not allow for adjustment to tighten the fit. Likewise, the solid plastic construction does not allow for adjustments. This isn't a matter of sizing, the glasses fit very well when they were first received. Regarding the company's website, it's unfortunate that you can't post product reviews directly to a product to warn others before buying. I thought I was posting a review for the product, however, it was an overall review of the company/site. So I deleted and reposted it. Many of the 1-star reviews are regarding the poor UI of the website, which I agree.

The optician was discerning when it came to what kind of eye would suit me best. I require light weight frames, due to sinus issues. Educated on what shape my eye prescription would fit in lenses. Friendly. Time took to receive my glasses was awesome and quick.

The glasses came fast, look good, and is the right prescription. Will do it again next year.

Befitting honestly made the how lenses buying process so easy. The customer service representatives are so amazing and quickly respond. They work with you to make sure that they have all your correct information to make sure that your glasses come out the way that you want them to in the way that it’s going to fit your face the best. Plus this is one of few websites that takes your eye insurance and doesn’t make you have to file. It’s extremely convenient especially for a mom of two. I have had such a wonderful experience with them that I will never buy my glasses anywhere else!

First time ordering my prescription glasses through Befitting’s website. Their website is very user friendly and I was able to use my vision insurance with no issues. Selection of women’s glasses was excellent and also great deals. Received an email with estimated shipping date. Received glasses 2 weeks after ordering, excellent delivery service as well. I am so happy with my new glasses!! They are amazing, they fit perfect and the prescription was right on point, I can see so much better. Overall experience was amazing!! Thank you :)

Customer Service is #1! To start, I have to say online eyewear is, sadly, not for me however Befitting's customer service was responsive to my needs and their guaranty is the real deal! I received my glasses (of very good quality) and found I had measured incorrectly and returned the pair with no questions asked except to confirm details about the sizing. I received the replacement pair in a timely fashion but, again, I hadn't measured correctly and, again, they were patient me. At my request, I asked for a full refund deciding it would be best for me to go to a sticks and bricks store. Befitting refunded my insurance copay as soon as my package hit the post office AND within a few days Befitting notified my insurance company to reinstate my vision benefits. I would recommend Befitting to anyone wanting to purchase online eyewear with or without insurance!

I received a 2day express shipment as a courtesy from "Befitting" because the paid I ordered in June 2022 were scratched up very badly. Well, instead of waiting the normal 2 weeks (which could've been extended with holidays) my glasses were scheduled to be delivered Weds. 6/21/23 night by 7:00 p.m. C.D.T. My ORDER arrived Weds. 6/21/23 night in the middle of tornadoes & tarantula rain storms around 9:15 p.m. central!!! The man that delivered them regardless of the weather situation deserves a HUGE RAISE, my order is amazing, Thank you so very much!!!!!!

It was so easy to buy a new pair of glasses. I even received them sooner than expected and the quality is very good. 100% recommended!!
