BefittingReviews of befitting.com

Befitting has gone above and beyond to make sure my glasses were going to work for me. It is so important to have a pair of glasses that not only correct your vision, but also fit comfortably and suit your style. Befitting understood this and delivered accordingly. It’s always a pleasure to encounter a business that truly cares about their customers and their needs. Will definitely continue to use Befitting for my vision needs.

This was my first experience with Befitting with our new vision insurance, but not my first time ordering glasses online - it was not flawless but they pivoted and made me a happy customer. First, I ordered single vision lenses, like I always do but they emailed me and suggested progressives since my prescription gives that option. I agreed. Then when they went to produce them the lab was not able to make them. They were both open about why and apologetic for the mix up. I appreciate that. They also refunded the rush money I had paid without me asking for it since they were not going to meet that deadline. Next, once they arrived they would not stay on my face. The temples were not bent well to fit and they fell off anytime I looked down, but I loved the lenses and the frames so much I emailed them for a return or solution. They sent me info on how to adjust the temples at home and it worked like a charm. Overall I really like the sunglasses I received. They are a good quality, and the lenses are very nice. I was a bit worried when I had to email my prescription in later that it would get mixed up or lost, but it worked out really well. Their customer reps are also really nice and helpful.

I used to purchase eyeware from Zenni, however the team at Befitting.com ROCKS!!! I'm now only getting everything from them only!

Received professional and friendly service during my recent glasses purchase.

I have a very high prescription and it makes my glasses far more expensive than the average pair. With Befitting, I was able to use my insurance up front so I was never out of pocket the full amount as I usually would be when ordering a new pair of glasses. I am very pleased with my new pair, they even upgraded my lenses for free to ensure my lenses weren’t too thick! Shipping was quick as well. All around, the least complicated experience I’ve ever had purchasing new glasses!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my glasses here! Not only did they have so many amazing choices, but they're so quick at getting your new eyes shipped out to you! The entire process was super easy as well. Input my insurance info and voila! Just like that I was searching for my new glasses and it clearly showed prices and how much I had to pay after my insurance did their part. The whole process was easy and so enjoyable! I've told my entire family that they need to switch to Befitting. Great prices, spectacular customer service. Top notch company for sure! I only wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars! Id definitely recommend to anyone that's needing affordable eyeglasses. You won't regret it!

I was able to use my eye insurance to pay for the glasses I got which was AWESOME compared to other online eyeglass retailers. It was super easy to send in my prescription AND I got free shipping. There was a huge selection available and when I did receive my glasses I was of course concerned that I didn’t like them (changed my mind because I mainly just hated the change and not the look), and they were willing to do an exchange or a return at no cost, which would still allow me to use my insurance benefits to pay for them. I’d 10/10 recommend this company to anyone looking to buy glasses online.

I ORDERED PRESCRIPTION SUNGLASSES AND THEY ARE PERFECT. ORDERING WAS EASY AND SHIPPING WAS FAST. THEY EXCEPTED MY INSURANCE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
