Customer service is honestly 10/10. We ordered bifocals for my 3 yr old son. Getting the perfect fit has been a bit challenging given the online platform but the customer service has been SO quick and receptive to ensure he has his glasses in a timely manner that fit him well. Will certainly be using them again in the future

My first experience with Befitting was last week when my employer offered an on-site optical clinic. This offered a full eye exam as well as had a wide range of glasses to choose from. They had an Optician on site and while I was getting my eye exam done, he had taken the opportunity to pull some glasses for me that fit into the criteria I had given him. He helped me find the best pair that fit my face and that looked the best on me. I am still fairly new to having to wear glasses so having this option was a HUGE benefit for me as I am not sure what to look for in glasses. He even helped me decide what type of lenses would be the best option for me according to what the doctor prescribed. I would highly recommend Befitting and on-site Optical clinics to my friends and family. Overall a wonderful experience.
