Order was easy to place, and staff contacted me to clarify and update my order with no issues. As shipping time was a bit lengthy, staff upgraded my shipping for free. I recommend Befitting unless you need your order soon.

People on here complaining about the wait time has me shaking my head. I mean really, you are ordering online! There's no guarantee how long it will take, not to mention they still have to make make your lenses. If you you need your glasses in a hurry then go to an actual store and order them. Lucky for me I can live without glasses, have a very low prescription. My daughter who has a very high prescription would never order glasses online. People with no common sense writing bad reviews on a good company.

They have the worst service model in place. Please do not order glasses from this site. I am struggling with my order since 3 months. Customer service guys are will not be able to help. I never saw this kind of service anywhere or with any vendor. I wanted to give zero stars but don’t have an option.

I got the Armani Exchange AX1034 with premium polycarbonate lenses. I loved them! They are super flattering. The process was simple and fast

Got my glasses and they were very loose. Had to take them to Walmart to get them adjusted. These were Betsy Johnson frames. The sparkly part is just a sticker and everytime I clean them it wants to come off. Ordering online was easy and the lens are great!

I have never heard of this company until I saw it as an online provider through my Vision benefits. I was pleasantly surprised how quick my prescription was verified and I received my order. I emailed befitting with a couple of suggestions to change in their ordering process to streamline it for the consumer. I followed the steps they stated and created my order. However after completing some steps and moving on to the next step it seemed out of order. If these steps of the process would have been completed first I would have given this a 5 star review. After I asked my question(s) using the “help” option I was told that they could not help me.
