Customer service was excellent and they gave me a refund on a mattress topper that was too firm for me.

Good old-fashioned customer service. Highly impressed. Had an issue, they listened, and resolved it. Highly recommend them.

The mattress top I ordered turned out to be too firm, but their customer service team worked with me to make sure I was happy.

I sent an email requesting partial refund since there was a price drop within 2 days of placing an order. The difference in price was $54, however, only asked for $27 price difference. Response to email was quick however I was advised only $10 would be credited back to me until they confirmed price difference. Never received another response and still have not received any $10 credit. 😳

I had an issue with my mattress. I sent an email hoping to hear within a couple of days. I received an email the next morning Cora could not be more helpful with my issue. The BetStory used irresponsible Canadian shipper Canpar Express ( Tey were holding a parcel in warehouse for 6 days. There was 26 km delivery distance ) They delivered parcel to my home 5 hours after BedStory Support Team intervention. Amazing! Thank you. Please don’t use this shipper anymore
