I had a really positive experience with BedStory. The mattress itself was good quality and comfortable, and it worked well for me initially. Unfortunately, due to some medical changes, I needed a firmer level of support and could no longer use it. Even though I was slightly outside the trial period, their customer service team was very understanding and took the time to review my situation. They communicated clearly, responded quickly, and worked with me to come to a fair resolution, which I truly appreciated. They also provided helpful suggestions to improve firmness, which showed they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, I’m very happy with how they handled everything and would definitely recommend them based on their customer service and willingness to help.

I initially had an issue with my mattress and reached out a few times, but the company followed up and resolved everything quickly. They were professional and supportive throughout the process and even provided a partial refund. Overall, I’m very happy with their customer service.

Unfortunately we could not get comfortable with the bed. We were slightly outside the return window because this was bought for our winter vacation home and we were not here to arrange a return. Even still BedStory made things right by providing a full refund.

I purchased a BedStory king size mattress through a third party platform. After using the mattress for 6months, I emailed BedStory customer service about the back pain I was still experiencing. Within a matter of a few days the issue was resolved, and I received a discount to put towards an excellent bed topper. Customer service was kind, thoughtful, and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision. Its too early to tell, but I think their suggestion about the bed topper was a good one. Thanks to the Bed Story staff involved with this matter.
