Terrible customer services
I arrived at the BECU branch in downtown Seattle a day before I went to Cambodia for a business trip. I was approached by James Middaugh, a BECU personal banker; he came to me, and I completed my document to close my old business account a week prior. I asked one of the private bankers a week earlier if I could take the document home so I could complete and I will drop it off after. So I finished that documents and arrived at the BECU branch a week later to drop off my completed paper to James Middaugh, who's a BECU personal banker; when I came, I handle over my document to James he just took it from me and placed it in the back of his office and did not take a look at my paper he handles over his business card and says he will process my account he assures me that he will help me but fail to do so and emails me his documents and says the paper that I dropped off is not completed with missing business document. He can only move forward once I complete additional documents that he will send through email and have me fill out ten documents. Extraordinary personal banker, I signed all the other ten papers James emailed me thinking I will. Still, he could have been more helpful. He doesn't know anything about his job; I wonder why BECU gave him his position. And I put my trust in time fail to do the most simple task. location ; 1527 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101, United State
