Sent me a link to review the mortgage loan app that i just submitted but the link doesn't work. I emailed them 3 days ago about this issue and have not received any type of reply. On my other mortgage loan w/ becu, they somehow manage to lose my mortgage payment every 12-18 months, which is completely unacceptable and frustrating when i pay online every month on the 25th, i've changed nothing on my end. They received all my other payments before and after the "missing" payment so either someone @becu is fraudulent or they are straight up sucky as a financial institution, borderline amateurs.

Do checking through them but not loans. Their whole advertising and company push is they are not cooperate and for the small guys to help. That’s a crock, it used to be that way 10 years ago. Their app is terrible. For checking and casual banking I think they are fine but for any other product I would look elsewhere.

I had over $10000 sent to my account from a completely legitimate source under the promise that they would not hold up my funds. BECUs financial crimes division locked my account and they will not let me contact this bogus office. I call it bogus because when a bank holds up money even for hours they make huge interest on it and I'm not talking about a measly 4% a year that they tell everyone else is a great deal. I'm talking about doubling their money in a day through several paths that I don't have time to get into. They have a class action suit against them and I assure you I will be filing one also. They took a number that I had entered into Zelle and used it to call a friend of mine, asking him who he was because I tried to Zelle some money to him. If it would have been one of my investment clients, I think you can imagine how that would have gone. They are holding $6000 of my money and I can barley wait until they FBI shuts them down for all of their illegal business practices because eventually they are going to get caught. Before believing me just do some investigating yourself and read about all of the complaints against them. I am angry right now, but then I smile when I think about how the universe has a way of evening things out and this 20 billion dollar giant is nearing the end of trying to steal from the small business man. They are making to many mistakes and messing with my money was one of them. Stay safe.

I transfered funds from my HEL and requested a cashier's check. I didn't notice the amount was wrong until I walked out of the branch. I returned and asked if I could either get a replacement cashier's check or a 2nd cashier's check for the difference and they issued me a 2nd check. What I learned 3 days later is that the branch put a stop payment on the first check thinking I didn't want it. Did they call, email, text no. So my deposit bounced. I left without any discussion on canceling the first cashier's check

We used BECU for our business banking and had nothing but issues. If you love going to a bank and waiting in line for hours then BECU is your bank. If you want your banking online, find another bank. The processes they've established nearly always force you to contact support and even led me into the bank on multiple occasions. Simply things like wire transfers, check deposits and withdrawals had me at their physical branch for hours. You're not wrong to say "but all these features are in their online banking app". True, but what you may not see is the red tape required to jump through the hurdles of using these features. Just stay away. There are HUNDREDS of banking solutions out there. We chose Mercury and it has been a breath of fresh air. I hope BECU is able to see the plethora of one star reviews on here and make some changes.

I went to a Speedway gas station and was charged $175 for $14 worth of gas. I disputed the fraudulent charge with BECU but they did not refund the money. In this time with so much credit card fraud going on, I need a bank that will look out for me! BECU will not!

Called customer service and got horrible service. First they locked up my account access, then when I called they said I have to visit the branch. I asked if I can talk to someone else but he refused to transferred me. Horrible. He was only willing to give me his first name with no representative ID. His name was Chacy A. as he claimed.
