the delivery from RXO was terrible. Cancelled at the last minute, on the first scheduled delivery date. The next available time was six days away after waiting two weeks already. Another day off work, and then they kept changing the delivery times that day as well. Their communications were confusing as well: texts, emails, and phone calls with conflicting information.

We’ve been loyal customers of Beautyrest mattresses for approximately 39 years. The warranty service we received for our 9-year-old Beautyrest Black Mattress was exceptional. As a result, we’ve decided to continue exclusively purchasing Beautyrest mattresses in the future.
