I was informed about delivery every step of the way with calls and texts. The two men that delivered the mattress were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. The customer service was excellent and the product is phenomenal.

I chose to buy direct from beautyrest, as the delivery and haul away we’re free. It did take many weeks before ultimate delivery, but the service was “White Glove”. Very professional. I purchased the world class series hybrid, and so far really like it.

We purchased a BeautyRest mattress 10 years ago & it broke down on the spots we slept in. We filed a warranty claim within the time period & we received a brand new mattress free of charge! They stand behind their product!!

We could not have had a more positive experience. From the Warrantee Claim being accepted to the delivery being completed was all wonderful. Expect 5-7 days to hear back from warrantee submission? Heard back 24 hours later. Mattress in production soon? In production next day. Delivered in 2-4 weeks? Delivered exactly 2 weeks later, partially due to our schedule and needing to push back on the calendar a little. Set up of new mattress and removal of old mattress? Less than 10 minutes. Windee and Claudia kept us informed during the entire process. Outstanding. Beautyrest turned what we feared would be a long drawn out process into the epitome of what great customer service looks like.
