This was supposed to be a Plush…
This was supposed to be a Plush mattress. The tag says PLUSH. It's not plush - it has a bit of bounce but it's hard and very hurtful. I wake up in the middle of every night with a backache and my legs hurting. I've only had it 2 weeks so maybe it will feel differently after some time has passed. For now, it's just about the worst mattress I have ever slept on.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered the mattress directly from beautyrest.com and not happy with the mattress it's not comfortable, sent a replacement mattress and it's worse. Was told to just give the mattress a few months to break in. At this point just want a refund, was told they will not refund or replace mattress because I bought directly from Beautyrest! Now I have to dispute through my credit card for a refund! Will never buy from Beautyrest!! Terrible Customer Service and Quality of Mattress is not good!! DO NOT BUY!

Our mattress was replaced under…
Our mattress was replaced under warranty, that part of the process was satisfactory. However, the last mile delivery team was scheduled between 3:00-7:00pm with a 30 minute notice of arrival. BUT they were 2 hours LATE in notifying me @ 9:00pm as to their "delayed arrival", and 1 hour LATE in actually arriving as agreed upon on for the "first thing" the following day!!!!

Excellent experience start to finish.
I was informed about delivery every step of the way with calls and texts. The two men that delivered the mattress were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. The customer service was excellent and the product is phenomenal.
