I got the weighted blanket for my wife for Christmas and she’s obsessed! After a long week, she pulls it over her, sinks into the couch, and lets waves of relaxation wash over her. Love that it’s all cotton with no fillers too. Side note, had a minor issue when I placed the order but customer service fixed it immediately, over the weekend, without hassle.

Hi Cliff, Thank you so much for sharing this. We love hearing that your wife has been enjoying her weighted blanket and that it's become such a comforting way to unwind after a long week. We're also so glad our customer support team was able to quickly sort out your order, even over the weekend. Thank you for trusting us with such a special Christmas gift! If anything else arises, please don't hesitate to let us know.

I adore their blankets, and when I had to return one because my family member didn't like it as much as I did, customer service was both so helpful and so human. It's so refreshing to work with a real person behind the keyboard to help me with such a large purchase and return. I love this company and will be supporting them the next time I need to buy a new blanket

The folks at Bearaby are so helpful and communicative. I had to exchange my napper because the one I got was too cooling (they did too good of a job!). The one I have now is perfect and helps me get incredible sleep. So grateful.

Great quality product but even more, great customer service! My package arrived damaged -- or so I thought. I wrote an angry note, and then belatedly realized that my neighbor had damaged the package. I reached back out to apologize, and the Bearaby team were so lovely and understanding, and offered me a significant discount on my next purchase even though they had done absolutely nothing wrong!
