This will be my second order from Bearaby. I had questions about going down a blanket weight due to health issues. The responses were so quick, kind and a friendly reminder if it didn’t work that there was the 30 day return policy. I will keep using this company because I like their product and their customer service is great.

I love these blankets this is my second one! The colors are beautiful and it's never hot. If I get a little cold then I throw a light blanket over it.

I had ordered and received my third product from Bearaby back in September. I now have a Tencel Napper for summer, a cotton queen blanket for winter, and my kiddo sleeps with a cotton Nappling. These blankets have improved our sleep significantly. With this recent order, I was of the impression from the website that I was going to receive a free gift with my purchase, though there wasn't any indication of that on the invoice. I sent customer service an email to inquire about the gift and I received a message less than 12 hours later on a Saturday morning from Patricia. That very day, she arranged to have the gift shipped out, and that was after she confirmed what color I wanted. I received it 4 days later! Fantastic customer service. Fantastic blankets.

I got the napper and as soon as I unpacked it, and a chemical smell filled the house. My cat wouldn’t go near it, I couldn’t use it not even have it inside. Even my balcony smelled like toxins and gave me a headache still 10 days later after airing it the whole time, just from cracking the door for 10 minutes. I dont believe the ”toxin-free” statement. It was very disappointing. The blanked cannot be washed or its not returnable and MANY other customers said it only worsened the smell, so I could not use it. I have been im the return process now for 4 weeks without Bearabys customer support being able to get the pick up/return order/address label correct. First I was told it will be picked up from home. I stayed and waited worked remotely all day. Until 5pm hit and no one came and the national mail did not even have the order once I contacted them. Seemed very dodgy. After which I noticed the address was incorrect on the label as well. I asked them to correct this, two weeks later I get another info that pickup service isn’t even available in my country. Who was I waiting on then and why? Why was I informed I should be home on the X date? Shocking. After which I got a ”corrected and personally double checked” return print, which had my address wrong, YET AGAIN. This was already the third time as it had happened once before the whole printing saga. I do not understand who operates their customers service and warehouses, why the label is so hard get right and why the napper itself (tencel) smells so so bad and chemichal-y. I hope this will sprt out eventually but it has been a hell these past 6 weeks dealing with this company. Super super dodgy.

The only reason their customer service doesnt get a 5 is because they discontinued my favorite pillow! They were fast in getting back to me and were as nice as could be. I have 4 Bearaby products and this was the first time i needed help because their stuff is so good! So glad to know that the service is just as good. xox

Großartiges Naturmaterial! Bin völlig begeistert, nach wie vor. Es hat etwas gedauert, bis ich Bearaby entdeckt habe... Wollte schon länger gerne so eine Gewichtsdecke, aber die Füllungen aus Glas- oder Plastikkügelchen (was gibt das, wenn son Teil versehentlich aufgeschlitzt wird??) haben mich ebenso abgeschreckt wie die teils augenkrebserregenden Designs und der Kunstfaseranteil. Und dann: DAS. Bearaby. Ok, ich klinge wie Werbetexter, aber ich bin ehrlich begeistert! Das Design im Riesen-Stricklook, das ich eh mag, alles BW (or eben mit Lyocell drin 🫠, daher wunderbar kühl), und nicht plasteklebrig oder womöglich miefig, dazu dezente Farben... 2 Dinge sind anzumerken: die Bearaby- Decken sind kleiner als übliche Bettdecken- was mich aber jedenfalls nicht stört. Durch die Elastizität der Machart wird das wunderbar ausgeglichen, die Decke ist dadurch auch nicht zu warm. Zum anderen: der Farbton, den ich wählte, nennt sich "bluebell", sieht aber überhaupt nicht aus wie Glockenblümchen, die ja durchaus lila sind- habe bis zuletzt gezittert, daß die Farbdarstellung auf dem Moni korrekt ist, nämlich eine Art Taubenblau oder Graublau. Und sie war es 🥳 - die Farbe ist PERFEKT mit sowohl grau als auch blau, und passt zu allem! (Leider kann ich auf Trustpilot keine Bilder posten, aber auf der Bearaby-Seite sind sie, und genug andere 😍 Vielleicht mag man mal den Farbnamen überarbeiten... Wie ist vorher niemand drauf gekommen, daß man das Gewicht auch mit Strick und Baumwolle, Naturmaterialien erreichen kann?? 😮 Die 9 kg-Decke ist mir fast zu schwer, obwohl ich mehr als 10x so viel wiege, aber ich rücke sie garantiert nicht wieder raus!
