Experienced a problem with a subscription shipment that only contained half of what was ordered. Notified Customer Care team by email who got back to me the next day and initiated the process to correct the problem. Received the other half of order 5 days later.

Terrible experience. The customer service specialists don't carefully investigate what's going on even if I explained everything in detail. They just don't care and blame everything on other parties and on miscommunication. It's not miscommunication if I provided all details but you don't care. I stopped using beanz after this experience.

Coffee doesn’t arrive on time. Advertised as a weekly subscription but it’s been 2 weeks and my order still isn’t here. UPDATE - this has now happened three times.. I will be switching back to pact coffee where you can rely on them. Ex customer.
