Really helpful team. Have spoken over phone and email to resolve an issue that was of my own causing. Thanks for making it really clear when you may have to loop another colleague in, how long resolution may take and any actions needed of me. Thanks again!

Problem with the web site is I cannot see what the quantity of each type of beans are supplied. When I find out I will order. Made a comment to this but couldn't see a "send" button to pass on.

The quantity supplied is an option that can be selected so we would not be able to tell you the quantity chosen. Generally either 12 oz or 2 lb bags.

Good customer service.

The first round of Barista beans we order were Fantastic, Fresh and Flavoursome. The second batch received however, we found did not pour through the grounds freely, requiring a manual adjustment which meant pouring about one and a half shots to get that full bodied shot. I spoke with customer services and found Ferdinand was most hopeful, understanding and expedition in resolving our concern. Though we are new to buying coffee through Beans.com, such service coupled with the initial beans has led to this excellent review on our experience. We look forward with excitement and anticipation for what flavour and bang the next beans bring. Thank you.
